New fitness class offered by Grit and Gratitude

Join us for a workout!

Grit and Gratitude has been coaching folks in the Bloomfield/Windsor area to become their strongest since 2014!  Our scalable approach to strength and conditioning meets you where you are, and challenges you to new levels as you’re ready!

Our 45 minute full body kettlebell class is appropriate for all fitness levels.  We meet Monday/Wednesday/Friday mornings at 6am and 7am, or Tuesday/Thursday afternoons at 4:30pm and 5:30pm.  You will have two coaches in every session to help you maximize your time and technique.
