Megyn Craine has been studying and practicing mindfulness meditation for over a decade. With a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and a master’s in family therapy, she brings creativity and a sense of compassion to her work with others.
Megyn believes in the capacity of the human spirit to heal itself and to grow. She feels privileged to help guide people along life’s journey.
