Ann brings a deep understanding of anatomy and alignment to her yoga classes offering a fun and supportive experience integrating body mechanics, breathing and philosophy. Special interests include yoga for bone strength, slow flow and yin yoga. She currently teaches in the Hartland area and formerly at Roots, Yoga and Nutrition.

Saturday, April 9th – 9:00 -10:00am – Top 10 Poses to Renew Your Energy. Explore 10 basic yoga postures and adapt each pose to get the maximum benefit for your body.
Saturday, April 23rd 9:00 – 10:00am – Yoga for the Back. Learn yoga poses to help to stretch and strengthen the back as well as easy tips for sitting/standing to ease back pain, strengthen the core, and allow you to move more freely in daily activities.
Saturday, May, 7th 9:00 -10:00 am – Yoga Nidra: A Practice to Rest and Renew. Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping using guided meditation. An ancient technique used in India; it has spread worldwide. Currently used by the US Army to address post-traumatic stress. It has been helpful to the general public relieve anxiety and restore well-being. A matt, bolster or pillow, and a blanket are recommended.
