SPIRITUAL OASIS

Have you ever wondered about Acupuncture? How it might contribute to my health and healing? As you know we are always on the lookout to identify experts and share about evidence based alternative health practices.

Join us either Saturday, February 11, or Saturday, February 18 , following the 9 am yoga class, to learn about and experience this 2000-year-old healing art first-hand. This session will run from 10:15 to 11:00 am and the cost is $25.  Limited spots - sign up now.

Safe Church training is required for certain lay leader positions; however, everyone should try to take it. See the link below for sign up information.
1) Packing bags on the first Thursday of each month. 
2) Delivery of bags to schools, Social Services and family homes every Friday.
